What You’ll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, offer product or service information, and ensure that every customer interaction ends on a positive note. Using CRM tools, you will document conversations, update records, and follow up on unresolved matters. Full training will be provided to help you excel in this role.
