What You’ll Do

As a Remote Live Chat Support Agent, you will provide customers with prompt, professional, and friendly real-time assistance via our online chat platform. You will answer product-related questions, troubleshoot and resolve order issues, and ensure that every interaction is clear, accurate, and supportive. This role requires the ability to type at least 45 words per minute while handling multiple conversations at once, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
