In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support to both Spanish- and English-speaking clients, ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy, patience and professionalism. You will assist customers via phone, live chat and email, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues and guiding them toward the best solutions. Your bilingual fluency will allow you to seamlessly switch between languages, delivering clear communication and an outstanding customer experience.
