What You’ll Do
You will work in a fully remote role that offers flexibility, a competitive hourly rate of $20.00, and the opportunity to engage with a diverse customer base. You will gain valuable experience in cross-cultural communication and remote support best practices while being part of a supportive and inclusive team environment.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in each language. You have previous experience in a customer support role, ideally in a remote environment and can handle multiple conversations across different channels with ease. You are tech-savvy, detail-oriented and thrive in delivering solutions that leave customers feeling valued and understood.
